Fresh-n-local farmers' markets are run by Made in Stroud Ltd.

Established in 1999, the concept of Made in Stroud first came about in 1990, when Clare started marketing Gerb's handmade tongue drums. The "Made in Stroud" events proved very popular, and with the encouragement of community, The "Made in Stroud" farmers' market was launched at the Cornhill in Stroud by Isabella Blow and Jasper Conran on 3rd July 1999.

In December 2000, the Made in Stroud Shop was launched and the farmers markets business began to expand.

Made in Stroud now runs certified genuine farmers' markets in Stroud, Stow on the Wold, Gloucester, and Swindon Designer Outlet.

We love what we do, and always aim to offer excellent customer service and offer a viable outlet for local producers, makers and suppliers.

Our philosophy is that small is beautiful and we believe that everyone should be able to get hold of fresh food grown locally.
