You will find no artificial ingredients – no additives or preservatives, our product is as natural as if made in your own kitchen..
We sell at Stroud every 1st, 3rd and 5th saturday, Stow and Gloucester every 1st and 3rd friday.
As I decided to create my own pasta, my desire was to recreate some Italian traditions in a corner of England. My aim is to provide a truly fresh and quality product to people who recognise the convenience and nutritional value in such a simple food. My mission is to join the flow moving away from anonymity to produce an individual product for individual people.
The pasta and fillings are made from ingredients local to the south West, whenever possible and to this end we are very committed. Our list of current suppliers, though not fixed is as follows:-
