We make a range of Thai starters and curries. And try to source the ingredients from local producers where possible. We get our beef from Whitfield Farm; the chicken from Madgetts farm poultry; the vegetables from Over Farm when in season; Pork comes from Mick Brown butchers in Gloucester and the spices from Neo oriental also in Gloucester.
