We are a 450 acre mixed, family run farm based in Cambridge producing organic salt-marsh lamb and beef. We also work with a local bottling company to make Two Trees apple juice, made using single variety apples from our certified organic orchard. We haven't certified the juice as organic yet, but hope to do so soon. Much of the land used for grazing is on the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Slimbridge.
