Julia is a qualified nutritionalist and we apply this knowledge to offer tasty gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options at each of the markets we attend. We use flours from Shopton Mill, organic eggs from Barrington Park Estate in Burford, and Simon Weaver's organic cheese in our baking.

At The Veggie Deli we hand make vegetarian and vegan food that varies with the seasons. We prepare delicious blue cheese pies, bakes, tarts, black bean burgers, veggie scotch eggs, vegetable sfomatos, pate and sweet treats.
