Formerly working at Wick Court Farm in Arlingham, and featured on BBC TV Blue Peter, Jonathon Crump's cheese is now carefull hand-made on the farm near Standish in the new purpose-built cheese rooms. Jonathon has a small herd of Gloucester cattle (whom he knows by name) from which he makes his traditional single and double Gloucester cheeses.
