Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sussex Hard Cheese 'Farmers Hand' Parmesan-type cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 150g Asparagus
- Lemon juice (optional)
Method:
Align Asparagus in a single layer on a baking tray. Sprinkle with olive oil (or olive oil with lemon). Bake in pre-heated oven at 150c for 10 minutes. Serve with drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar, shavings of hard cheese, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Excellent served cold, if cooked as above and allowed to chill, or as a salad ingredient. Serves more as a starter.
