Don't panic! There are a range of short courses on offer in the local area - and you may even be entitled to some funding to help you achieve them. Some of the courses can even be taken by distance learning at home.

Margaret is particularly keen to help businesses prepare for the new HACCP legislation, and can organise a half-day workshop if there is sufficient interest.

aimed at farmers and producers who want to maximise their sales through various outlets, including farm shops, farmers markets and the local community. 1 day course
Cheese Making Introduction - aimed at anyone interested in the art of cheese making, it may be for someone who has a small holding of sheep, cows or goats, and maybe you are thinking of starting a new business and selling at Farmers Markets or other local suppliers. 1 day course.
